Adoption Policies
Want to adopt a dog?
We realize that good, loving homes come in all shapes and sizes--- just like our dogs! "Pets-OK" apartments and condos, houses, farms, city, country or in between -- are all acceptable depending on the individual dog.
We prefer that our dogs have indoor homes with regular supervised outdoor time. Regular routine veterinary care is required, as well as a proper diet and lots of love and attention.
If-- AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY REASON-- you can no longer to care for your adopted Paws for Life pooch, you MUST return him/her to us IMMEDIATELY!!!
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, please take a moment and download both our adoption application and our adoption agreement so you are familiar with these documents as the adoption process progresses.
You may open both the application and agreement, fill in the information on your computer, save it, then attach it to an email to us. You must save the file to your computer after completing the application, and email it from your computer as an attachment, or the application will be blank when we receive it.
Or, you can print the application, fill it out by hand, and fax it to us at (410) 275-9127.
Our goal is to find the right home for the right dog. So please feel free to contact us by email or phone with any questions.
