We visit the local SPCA on an ongoing basis and select dogs that are scheduled for euthanasia, but would make a wonderful pet. All of our dogs are current on their shots and have been neutered.

Please remember that Paws for Life is located on private property, and is a completely volunteer-run facility, so appointments must be made in order to meet our dogs or see our facilities. If you just show up, you will be asked to make an appointment.
Suzy is a beautiful 10 month old black shepherd. She is good with other dogs and kids. Suzy is blind in one eye. She's a wonderful dog with a loyal and loving personality.

Rex
Rex is a 1 year old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix. Great with other dogs and kids. Rex is very friendly, loves people, and is very loyal.

Bear
Bear is a 4 year old Golden Retriever mix. He is good with other dogs and kids. He really is a great big teddy bear!

Nemo
Nemo is a 4 year old male yellow lab. Nemo is housebroken, great with other dogs, kids, and cats.

Stitch
Stitch is a 4 year old male yellow lab. He is housebroken, great with other dogs, kids, and cats. Stitch does have hip dysplasia.

Estelle
Estelle is a 4 year old coonhound. Good with other dogs and kids, and is housebroken. Estelle is very friendly and very smart! She needs a home with a fenced in yard. Very people oriented and very loyal. She's also incredibly quiet for a coonhound.

Nitro
Nitro is 1 year old black lab mix. Good with most other dogs and kids. Nitro is looking for an active family.

Sam
Sam is a 3 year old German Shepherd mix. Great with kids, dogs, and cats. Sam is a sweetheart! He's very friendly and knows basic commands.

Anani
Anani is a 1 1/2 year old lab mix. She is great with other dogs and kids. Anani loves people and attention.

Chloe
Chloe is a 1 1/2 year old chocolate lab mix who came in with Zoey. These girls have not had an easy life thus far, but are great dogs - good with other dogs and kids. They are very special dogs.
Chloe is a bit timid, but is trusting us easily.

Zoey
Zoey is a 2 year old white shepherd mix who came in with Chloe. These girls have not had an easy life thus far, but are great dogs - good with other dogs and kids. They are very special dogs.

Floyd (Pink Floyd!)
Floyd is about 7 months old. Very much a lap cat with a loud purr! Loves people, great with other cats.

Apollo
Apollo is a 2 year old german shepherd. He is very playful, loves his toys, is housebroken, and is good with some other dogs.
Apollo is very intelligent and highly loyal. He needs someone very familiar with German Shepherds. Someone who is patient and understanding, and willing to make the commitment to spending time working with him.

Maddie
Maddie is about 7 months old. Good with other cats. Maddie loves scratches!
